What is the minimum and maximum age required to rent a vehicle?
Renters must be 21 years or older. Additional restrictions may apply based on age and vehicle type.
Is there a required interval between bookings?
Yes, we require a 48-hour buffer between bookings.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes, we offer tiered discounts based on rental duration:
3 days – No discount
7 days – 5% off
14 days – 11% off
30 days – 17% off
60 days – 23% off
90+ days – 29% off
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a $300 security deposit is required.
What is the shortest and longest rental duration allowed?
Minimum: 2 days.
Maximum: 180 days (6 months).
How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?
Sales tax, discounts, and any applicable fees are calculated and applied at the time of booking.
How many miles are included with the rental?
Each rental includes 300 miles per day.
What are your standard business hours?
We are open Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
We are closed on Sundays.
What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees?
We offer delivery to the following locations:
Airport: $60
Airport hotels: $60
Hotels: $80
Special delivery within 60 miles: $150
What are the allowed pick-up and return times?
Pick-up and return times are between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM at our business location.
A 2-hour pick-up window applies from the scheduled time.
A 30-minute grace period is allowed for returns. After that, a $75 late fee may apply.
Is there a specific schedule for custom deliveries?
Custom deliveries require a direct hand-off, a prearranged location and time, and may involve a lockbox.
If using a lockbox, renters must provide a selfie with the vehicle and lockbox in the background to receive the unlock code.
All airport deliveries are handled via lockbox and also require a selfie at the car location.
Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?
Yes, but only when absolutely unavoidable and by prior arrangement.
Are there any important extra details renters should know?
No smoking in any vehicle – violations incur a $200 detailing fee.
No trips into Mexico are permitted.
Vehicles must be cleaned out at the end of the trip.
For rentals 30 days or longer, renters must cover basic maintenance costs (reimbursed with valid receipt).
Do you offer additional equipment or services? Any related fees?
Coolers: $15 per trip
Prepaid fuel: Price varies depending on vehicle size and market rates
What are the charges for exceeding the included mileage?
Additional mileage is charged at $0.19 per mile.
What is the cost for an additional driver?
An additional driver can be added for $25.
What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?
There is a strict no smoking policy. Any signs of smoking will result in a $200 cleaning and remediation fee.
Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?
Yes. Tolls and tickets incurred during the rental will be billed to the customer with supporting documentation and a paid invoice.
Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?
A $150 detail cleaning fee may be charged if the car is returned in very poor condition—e.g., excessive sand, dirt, bad stains, or spills.
